Today, March 20, I join with you in the name of justice and the rights of the people in order to denounce and condemn and drive away these eagles of hatred and terror, US imperialism, which have destroyed, invaded, occupied, usurped a nation and a people called Iraq, along with the neighboring nation of Afghanistan, with the pretext of terrorism, to seize for itself the oil and the natural resources of these two countries. We must also denounce and condemn the ruling criminal vultures of the state of Israel, headed by Ariel Sharon, who has a sinister plan for imposing a demographic policy on top of the geopolitical reality, with the goal of: smashing the heroic Intifadah; smashing the right of establishing a sovereign independent Palestinian state; to implant the racist enclosure to loot lands and properties and divide into cantons the territory occupied in 1967; to usurp the historic and current capital of Palestine, Jerusalem, Al Quds; to dilute the refugees' right to return to their homes and properties in the historic land of Palestine guaranteed by UN Resolution 194 (1948).

I appeal to all of you to rise up like the waves of the ocean in the name of peace with justice, opposing these injustices and fascist-style crimes carried out today by the administration of George W. Bush--remembering the saying of the fascist Benito Mussolini: "Modern fascism should properly be called corporatism, since it is the merger of state, military and corporate power."

But you--people--in the name of a peace with justice, call to all the people of the nation, and let this call be heard like an echo in the whole planet: not to continue by physical and economic means a war of aggression and conquest in the name of these multinational corporations, the megabanks, the real estate interests, the militarists and economic globalization. Enough blood for oil; enough of keeping the Palestinian people from having a right to their own destiny, to peace with harmony like all the other peoples of the world; enough of this racist mania protected by the imperialist government in Washington; enough of the systematic foreign and domestic terrorism practiced by the imperialism of the US and its satellite Israel; an immediate end to the occupation of Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Golan Heights in Syria by the US directly or through its subject, the government of Israel.

From Hudson County Jail, in Kearney, NJ, I write you this risallah criticizing the anti-immigrant, anti-Arab and anti- Islamic stereotyping that continues until now--for example, in the incident of March 1, 2004, an assault by the guards in this prison. Without committing any offence, two Arabs were beaten, kicked; one of them even lost three teeth. Also, 110 days ago in Bergen County Jail, in Hackensack, NJ, I was beaten, and they confiscated my antiwar and antiracist literature; they also confiscated my personal documents.

I thank you for campaigning against this racism, in which Arabs, Muslims and South Asians are targets of this racial mania maintained by George W. Bush and his administration.

We have to keep in mind that the Arab, Islamic and South Asian communities are part of this great family which makes up the United States of America; and also keep in mind that we all (all our communities) have an obligation to confront racism, xenophobia, and to raise high this saying, in this Month of the Woman, of our beloved aunt and internationalist companera, La Pasionaria: "Better to die on our feet than live on our knees."

You and we and all the peoples of the world can raise humanity to a progress with equality, justice, peace and a better world.

For this reason it is necessary to raise high the torch of the struggle against war, racism, colonialism, occupation and xenophobia.

Una Risallah (Mensaje) de un ser herido por defender la realidad, la justicia y el derecho humano

En este dia 20 de marzo me uno a ustedes en nombre de la justicia y los derechos de los pueblos para denunciar y condenar y expulsar a estas aguilas del odio y el terror, el imperialismo de los EEUU, que han destruido, invadido, ocupado, usurpado a una nacion y un pueblo que se llama Irak, y tambien a su vecino Afghanistan, con el achaque del terrorismo para apropiarse del petroleo y los recursos naturales de esos dos paises. Tambien tenemos que denunciar y condenar a los buitres gobernantes criminales del estado de Israel, encabezados por Ariel Sharon, que lleva un plan siniestro de imponer la politica demografica sobre la realidad geopolitica, con el objetivo de: quebrantar la heroica Intifadah; quebrantar el derecho de la estabilizacion de un estado soberano independiente palestino; implantar el cerco racista para saquear tierras y propiedades y dividir en cantones el territorio ocupado en 1967; usurpar la ciudad capital historica y actual de Palestina, Jerusalen, Al Quds; diluir el derecho de retorno de los refugiados a sus hogares y propiedades en la historica tierra de Palestina (ONU Resolucion 194, 1948).

Apelo a todos ustedes que se levanten como las olas del oceano en nombre de la paz con justicia, oponiendonos a estas injusticias y crimenes de tipo fascista realizados por hoy por la administracion de George W. Bush--teniendo en cuenta el dicho del fascista Benito Mussolini: "El fascismo moderno es propiamente llamado corporatismo, ya que es la fusion del poder estatal, militar y corporativo."

Pero ustedes--pueblo--en nombre de una paz con justicia llamen a todo el pueblo en la nacion, y que ese llamado se escuche come eco en todo el planeta: a no mantener fisica y economicamente una guerra de agresion y conquista en nombre de esas corporaciones multinacionales, los megabanks, las sociedades inmobilarias, los militaristas y la globalizacion economica. Basta ya sangre por petroleo; basta de impedir que el pueblo palestino tenga derecho a su destino propio, a la paz con armonia igual a todos los pueblos del mundo; basta a esa mania racista protegida por el gobierno imperialista de Washington; basta ya al terrorismo exterior e interior sistematico que practica el imperialismo de EEUU y su satelite de Israel; desocupacion inmediata de Palestina, Irak, Afghanistan y de los altos del Golan en Soria por EEUU directamente o por su subdito gobierno de Israel.

Desde esta Prision de Hudson, en Kearney, NJ, les escribo esta risallah criticando el estereotipo antiemigrante, antiarabe y antiislamico que existe hasta ahora--por ejemplo en el incidente del 1 de marzo de 2004, un asalto por los guardias de esta prision. Sin cometer ningun delito, dos arabes fueron golpeados, pateados, inclusive uno de ellos perdio tres dientes. Tambien hace 110 dias en la Prison de Bergen, en Hackensack, NJ, fui golpeado, y confiscaron mi literatura antiguerra y antiracista; tambien me confiscaron documentos personales.

Agradezco que hagan una campana en contra este racismo, al cual los arabes, musulmanes y gente del Sur de Asia son "targets" de esta mania racial mantenida por George W. Bush y su administracion.

Hay que tener presente que las comunidades arabes, islamicas y del Sur de Asia son parte de esta gran familia que hace Estados Unidos de America; tambien tener presente que es nuestra obligacion de todos nosotros (de todas las comunidades) confrontar el racismo, la xenofobia, y llevar en alto este dicho, en este Mes de la Mujer, de nuestra querida tia companera internacionalista, La Pasionaria: "Mas vale morir de pie que vivir de rodillas."

Ustedes con nostros y todos los pueblos del mundo podemos llevar a la humanidad a un progreso con igualdad, justicia, paz y a un mundo mejor.

Por eso es necesario llevar en alto la antorcha de la lucha antiguerra, antiracista, anticolonialista, antiocupacion y antixenofobia.
